





Sports Wellness Clinics
The first session of the HYAF sports wellness clinic kicked off this past Saturday. At Legends Futsal, athletes all received individual resistance bands and learned sport specific exercises. These same exercise are available in laminated guides that were also distributed alongside each band.
During the session, we covered how to strengthen the glutes, adductors and hip flexors, all crucial muscles for football development. Additionally athletes learned how to properly support and condition knees and ankles.
Alan Risal lead Saturday’s session which was split between wellness and a great round of scrimmages.
Thank you to the All for Ball Nepal for their help in setting up this session and we are looking forward to continuing to collaborate on projects such as upcoming clinics and competitions
